Display Advertising Request

If you wish to purchase banner or box ad space, complete the form below in it's entirety and submit it. We will contact you by email after your payment is received. If you remit by credit card or PayPal account you should hear from us within 48 hours. You will receive a receipt from PayPal and an invoice from PBC for your records. If you state you wish to remit via check or money order, you will also hear from us with 48 hours and you will receive an invoice from which to make your payment.

If you do not have display ads on hand and would like to have them created for you, our sister site PBC Web Design is available to design them for you. Costs for ad design are listed below. We will forward your request to PBC and PBC will be in touch prior to you ad development so that details of the design can be discussed prior to creation of the ad.

PBC DISPLAY AD DESIGN COSTS:

• Horizontal or Vertical Banner Ads $35.00 each
• Box Ads $25.00 each

Approximately one month before the display time frame you request in your initial form submission (1, 3 or 6 months) you will receive an invoice to renew your ad. If you pay the invoice by the due date, your ad will automatically be renewed. If no payment is received, your ad will be considered canceled and will be removed from our site.

Upon submission of your ad space request, you will be directed to a payment page. Due to the number of spammers now submitting forms, ad requests must indicate your form of payment. If you pay by credit card or PayPal account display time is estimated at 5 business days. If you have your own ads already prepared, display time may be quicker. If you indicate you will remit by check or money order, please do so within 5 business days. We will contact you after your payment arrives and your order will be handled at that time. Any orders not complying with our payment arrangements will be ignored.

We will notify you by email when your ad is in place on the site and provide you with a URL so that you may view it. If you submit your form and remit online and after 48 hours have not heard from us, please contact us immediately so that we may address the issue right away.
