This Watertown Area Business Directory was created with local business people in mind. We are dedicated to keeping the Directory listings free for our area businesses. We only have three simple requirements to add a free listing to the Directory. They're not complicated and are simple to follow. But they are requirements and we must insist they be followed. If they're not, your link will be removed from the Directory.

If your business does not meet the criteria for a free listing, this does not exclude you from ADVERTISING your business on our site. Paid advertisements are open to any respectable business who wish to advertise their services or products within this web site. Please visit our ADVERTISING page to learn more.

FREE LISTING REQUIREMENTS

1) Your business must be physically located in the City of Watertown or within a 15 mile radius of Watertown. The physical address must be verifiable by our staff.

2) The business information you provide must be able to be legally viewed by people of all ages. We do not accept free listings or paid advertisements for any business that we consider to be "adults only" in nature. There will be absolutely no adult or inappropriate content posted on this web site. If we feel that your submission to the Directory is not suitable, it will be deleted without notification to the submitter.

3) Your business may not be politically, socially, morally or otherwise controversial in nature.

We are automatically notified when a new link is posted. We do check submissions. This is not a blind list where anyone can submit a link and no one follows up on submissions. We do follow up. If your link does not follow our simple rules, unless you have contacted us given us your reason/s why you feel your link should be accepted on a free link basis and obtained permission to post, it will be gone - it's as simple as that. If after reading the free listing restrictions, your link does not qualify - our paid advertising costs are so inexpensive they will not break anyone's bank.

We regret that we cannot honor Business Directory submissions that do not meet our simple requirements. We reserve the right to remove any listing found to be inappropriate, submitted under false pretenses, found not to have followed our requirements or for any other reason we deem necessary to the integrity of this web site. Deletions of listings will be done without notification to the submitter.
